Is it possible to assign tracks to different notes? If so, how do I do this?
What I want to do is create tracks with different variations of an original loop and have them play on different notes in Sony ACID 5.
Do I have to create a new arrangement each time I want to trigger a track using a new note (I hope not)or can tracks be assigned to specific notes? Merry xmas and thanks for your help.

not sure if this is your problem, but you can copy/paste arrangements, you don't have to start from scratch.

'Fraid not, AFAIK, you'll need a new arrangement (with one track) for each variation of the original loop
- so you can have 24 variations playable using C1 upwards

I've made a note of your request, and I do have plans to add more flexibility in the arrangment midi assignments.
It's not completely trivial to implement though, so I am not making any immediate promises on this one.
