When I start recording. everything is going great when all of a sudden. my tempo changes from 4/4 which I started on to 2/2. My click is suddenly going half time. It does it at the same spot everytime so I'm guessing something is set that way. I just dont know how or where to find it and make it stay at 4/4.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check your Tempo Track window; sometimes Tempo changes get inserted by mistake. Should be able to delete them there.

Thanks but no go. I tried right clicking over the 2/2 and playing it back again but it still comes back.It jumps to 2/2 from 4/4 right at the 6th measure.

bduffy,you were right!I was in the wrong place where I was trying to delete the 2/2.
I found it and saw a couple of locations where 2/2 was inserted and sucessfully deleted them.
Thanks alot for responding.Now I can move on a bit.

No problem. It can be sneaky like that, I'm not totally sure why you occasionally get new tempo points on the Track like that; but I fully admit I don't know all the finest points of the Tempo track. Glad you figured it out.

Cubase sx3 Tempo changes in the middle of recording??
