Has anyone tried out this new sample library by Ikmultimedia (.com)?
I'm still looking for a good set of professional orchestra samples.
How does this one compare to EWQSL?
I need this primarily for film and classical music!

I'm not able to compare, but I'll tell you a bit about Philharmonik:
1. Slightly buggy, with difficult/slow support
2. No velocity layers (except on a few samples)
3. Sound is fantastic

Miroslav is considered to be more "lyrical" than "Hollywood". Lots of emotion captured.
Alternatives are Kirk Hunter Emerald and Sapphire, EWQLSO Gold (both considered "Hollywood" style).
I have some EWQLSO (Silver I assume) from Kompakt and some VSL from Kontakt2, but for the most part I use GPO. I've given thought several times to buying Miroslav but just haven't done it yet - the dongle's somewhat off-putting and I don't really need anything "that fancy" at the moment for any works in progress.
