Are all the sounds from the original ST2 included on the new 2.1 DVD release?
I want to know if I'll be able to delete the old sounds from my drive and replace them with the new updated ones once I purchase the 2.1 DVD.

AFAIK the new 2.1 dvd replaces all the sounds...
there was a post by squids some time ago aboutthis...

It's a new library based on the old library. There are a bunch of sounds that have been added, almost everything has been reworked and updated, and some dud sounds have been removed. So, it's not backwards-compatible with the 2.0 library.

I suggest that you keep the 2.0 plugin and the 2.0 library installed for compatibility with old/existing projects, and use the 2.1 plugin and 2.1 library (if you have it) for new projects. Once you've finished with your old projects, you can remove the 2.0 plugin and 2.0 library.

Hey Kim, I'm probably being stupid but no matter where I look (including emailing Esoundz support I'm afraid!) I can't get the answer.
How do I order the new DVD if I DON'T qualify for it free? Credit card's waiting (in fact I just used it to order the Amplitube cross grade!!)

You should be able to purchase it from eSoundz or IK direct once it's ready.
