Hi guys, I dont know if i posted this in the right section or not but please help if you can.

Im producing a track in Fl using z3ta for strings in the break down of the song. What Im trying to do is raise the cutoff during the progression of the song. Im fluent in FL but never tried automating a knob in zeta. Sorry if this is a newbie type question, I just need some help :D

There is nothing special about z3ta+ regarding automation, just do what you do for any other plugin in FL. For me the easiest way is:

- Open the z3ta+ window
- Tweak just a little bit the knob you want to automate
- Open the Fruity wrapper menu (left-click on the upper left icon)
- Select the "Last tweaked parameter" option. The name of the just tweaked parameter appears on the right
- Select one of the automation options: Edit events, Create automation clip or Link to controller
- Do your thing

ok I did all those steps tweaked the cutoff just a bit, but the "Last tweaked parameter" option did not allow me to click on it. any clue?

You have to use the VST version of Z3ta for it to work. DXI's don't expose their parameters to the fruity wrapper. If you still want to use the DXI version you could add a midi out generator and use Z3ta's built-in midi learn instead.
