Hello there,
I found a beautiful pipe organ sample, which gives me the sound note by note (a C sample, C#, etc.).
I was wondering now if I can load those individual notes into Halion on the same channel and turn them into a complete sample. If it is possible, how do I go about this?

You need to learn how to create a multi sample program, assigning each individual sample to the correct notes on the keyboard. You may also need to loop each sample for sustain purposes.
I am unfamiliar with HALion but the Akai method is to drag and drop each sample on to the corresponding note. You can then apply FX and such to the combined or individual keygroups. Don't forget to loop and normalise the samples before doing this, if it is necessary.
To do every note would be a large task, especially over 88 notes, so you might want to consider doing every octave or every minor third instead and stretching the samples a few semitones up and down. This shouldn't degrade the quality.
I suggest reading the manual that came with your copy of HALion when you bought it or visiting the HALion support pages for more detailed info.

You may use drag and drop method:
First switch keyzone view in Halion
Run any file manager and open folder in which you keep your samples
.
Then you may drag samples to Halion's keyzone and drop each one over a corresponding key. When it's done, you may then switch to loop zone in Halion and set loop for each sample, if needed. You can save preset as *.fxp instrument patch. Anyway I recommend to read the Halion's manual, as Lovesign adviced.
