Does Cubase SE include the 3.1 update?

Hello, my Colleagues,

I'm contemplating buying Cubase SE academic version, but can't tell from the Steinberg website or any vendor exactly what version they're selling. The 3.1 update apparently had some MAJOR fixes to the 3.0 code.

There's no patch for SE available to download on Steinberg's site, so it'd have to be already included in the boxed program, I suppose.
