HI
Just a big thank you to the ManyTone crew for this wonderfull app!
I waiteed to new years eve to order this ... don't ask me why ... I really thought it would just be a rehash of what we were given in ManyStation - and to be fair many of the samples are from that app - BUT and this is the killer; Manytone has taken those samples and put them through FX and Amp sims that take the sounds to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL.
Playing through the pre-sets and coming accross signiture RY COODER, HENDRIX et al is something that blew me away - the new samples (I think) include a guitar set with a snappy plectrum which really is top's - I really have only scraped the surface, so far.
Anyone who thinks this is just a rehash should think again - this is possibly one of the best one-stop solutions you can get for guitar and bass (guitar)sounds - full stop.
I have things like Slayer, the Vint guitar sample set (multi-gigabytes) the Kontakt guitar stuff, AAS String Studio ect - this is the one I will be going to first, from now on.
Thanks for the unbelievable support over the last couple of days as well ... way beyond the call of duty (sorry can't go into why here - rest assured I was treated like royalty!).

I hope others will notice that there is over 640 meg of New Guitar and Bass samples in ManyGuitar on top of the 600 + meg that came from ManyStation.
The new sets alone Justify the price let alone we give a VSTi with it
There is the Telecaster 3 Layer set, and a few other E Guitar sets , a new 12 string and some new Bass Soundsets.
So it is FAR from a rehash of ManyStation. Let alone the Interface has been designed for Guitar and Bass work.
Glad you are enjoying.
Not yet ... Maybe one day.... we'll see.A3ntar wrote:I wonder, can the Amp sims and effects in ManyGuitar be used as a realtime guitar processor a la GR and AT?
But there is the ManyMiniAmp VST FX included with ManyGuitar, but it is more designed for FX on Vocals, Drums and other Instruments as well as Guitars. It is a simple type amp though and better suited to special FX (Realtime automating of speaker size and other parameters for example)
As said ...One day we may release the Full FX part of ManyGuitar as a VST FX. To this point though it was designed with Sample Playback and in particular, Our Samples, as top priority rather than realtime Guitar input.

Max nailed it
Ultimate Bass Kit is a completely seperate product.
None of it is included in ManyGuitar.
It is $29.99 and can load into either ManyStation or ManyGuitar.
Thanks again guys!

Absolutely. As a guitar player of 16 years myself. I have every guitar sim out there...and i've run manyguitar through all of them. Got nothing but fantastic results. Especially with GRA3ntar wrote:I wonder, can the Amp sims and effects in ManyGuitar be used as a realtime guitar processor a la GR and AT?

The patches you made are great--they'll definitely be included. Right now I have 22 presets. Maybe I'll make just a few more and then get this thing going.TotcProductions wrote: Yup, and I made 10 or 12 presets for it's use in manyguitar that greg might have even included in the manyguitar version. MG's been on my radar since before Christmas, but I had to wait until my credit card cooled some after the holidays.
Just to make sure, I listened to the demos again today ... and plunked down my money. It's already downloaded onto my laptop HD.
Doug, who can't wait to get home to mess with it
