But, it was still only in an alpha stage, so I assume it isn't available anymore. For a similar experience (only with many more harmonics) maybe try the shaper inside Audiomulch. Won't help you for use in other hosts, but at least you'll have an idea what Sweety did.

there seems to be a good "harmonic" plugin at
http://www.uv.es/~ruizcan/p_beta.htm
called +armonicos2
its free. you can read a short description on the page.
But you would also need a bandpass filter to narrow things down.

splitting up the sound, applying filters then rejoining it, would take some awesome cpu power. forgive me if this is not in the realm of what you wanted. im very new to all this........
