can someone help me out
im using flstudio on sblive with kx drivers.....can i somehow record microphone input in flstudio?...maybe some kx routing can help i dont know?
the thing is i want to add some vocoder to my vocals...
thanx for any help
ps: i can record the mic in cool edit just fine

it is likely that cool edit is using your kx "windows" sound drivers and FL studio is using the kx ASIO drivers.
You need to go into the KX Mixer, click the kx dsp button , then drag a link between the following :
Prolog / AC97 Left - - - > Epilog ASIO 0
Prolog / AC97 Right - - - > Epilog ASIO 1
AC97 Left should be the top pin of the prolog.
ASIO 0 is about halfway down the epilog.
Make sure that the mic input is selected in the dropdown on the AC97 page of the mixer, or if you have your mic through a preamp to a line-in, then select the line-in in the drop down.
