Dr rex & wavs

Its a shame that Dr rex loop player can't read wav files , like the slicer on fl studio..., i do not have "recycle" for converting wav to rex, so...my question is...
is there something like recycle but for free?..

Recycle is the only application that will export Rex2 files, which are in stereo.

ZeroX Beatcreator will export Rex1 files (mono) and its $100 US.
