) but to answer you, you say it does nothing for you but you see evidence it does something for other people. if we were all the same and expected/wanted the same from art it would be boring?no?
hell if all there was was ambient i wouldnt be happy,same as im happier because there is such things as surprises, for instance you say you have ideas of what ambient could be,share them and im sure someone will find a way to make it work
whatever we make we should be happy with our own chosen path,it shouldnt matter what other paths people choose.
