Has anyone tried the Monalisa Audio Unit plugin.
With this plugin you can let your graphic card calculate the effects.
Only for mac.
I ask because i have a pc.

So far these types of program have been unsuccsesful. There was one for the pc but it turned out to be vapourware. The problem is that it cant use your existing card or your display will be corrupted while its processing so it has to use an older PCI graphics card which you need as well as your main card. PCI graphics cards are hard to find new now and pcs cant have 2 agp cards. The PCI bandwidth used is a lot and adds to the problem. The SLI system and others would have helped but no one seems bothered to develop the idea any further as native processing gets better.
