Use the ReWire function. It is detailed in both the manuals.

I don't have Cubase so all I can tell you is what I remember from my short time playing with it on another person's computer, but...

First, start up Cubase. Then, under the Devices or somesuch menu it should say "Reason". Click that, and a window should come up with a bunch of things like "Mix 1+2", "3", "4", etc. up to 64. To the left of that, click the power button thing for "1+2" and whichever other Rewire channels you want to have.

Then, start Reason itself. Once you create a device, route it to the outputs 1 and 2 in Reason itself. You can create as many things as you want and route them to 1-64, just remember to turn on the ones you want in Cubase otherwise you wont be able to hear them.

Now, to actually be able to route MIDI from Cubase to Reason, create a MIDI track in Cubase. Then, set the MIDI Output for that track to "Reason", and it should say something like "Subtractor 1" or whatever device you created. I think thats all ... as I said, I don't own Cubase so I only know from what I did playing around on a different persons computer.
