it's strange to me how ppl can play other ppl's stuff. it makes me feel weird just to cover a riff. i understand studying technique. blind boy fuller has a lot to show me, and i don't even like the blues

I've seen this played various ways over the years. Mostly very incorrectly.
To get you started the opening chord is a full barre at the 5th fret with your 1st finger, then use your other fingers to play a C chord at that positon.
Then it goes to A5 at the 5th fret (or it may be A minor or major)
