Autotune in FL?

Ok so I just got my hands on Antares Autotune. The manual tells me I can map out a midi input and have autotune follow the exact notes I tell it to with the 'target notes via MIDI' button - but how is this possible in FL Studio?
I'm having a hard time working out the right configuration. Ive got autotune loaded in the FX channel with the vocal recording running through it.
Then in theory I would've though I could load a MIDI out and link the two - But HOW?! I thought this would be simple - any help appreciated, thanks!

Thats part of the problem.
When i select the button on Autotune, it gives me 3 options on a drop down:
No Port Selected
In USB Keystation
Delta AP192 MIDI
Then to the left a channel setting (left on all)
Im completely bemused why it continues to say 'no port selected'. I tried loading it in the fruity wrapper as it has an external port selection but seemingly to no avail.
HELP!

with fl just use midi out set it to the same port as a midi yoke in the midi output under options....select the same midi yoke channel in auto tune 4...and write the score in the midi out channel...
