I have very strange problem with Absynth 3 demo in Sonar 5.
I can't see GUI?!?!?
It looks that everything works fine (I can hear sound), but I can see just a little part of Absynth (up+right corner of GUI)
btw. Absynth as a standalone looks & works fine
any idea? thx.

Are you using it as a VST? You may need to reset the VST window for Absynthe. Or amybe you need to do it as a DXi...I forget. At any rate, play with the properties of the window.

and mayan yes, I'm using it as a VST. I was a Tracktion user before, and I think that I didn't install DXi version

cornix...I just checked it out...I use it as a DXi and have no problem...when I use it as a VST, however, I get the same thing. Can you reinstall it? Have you tried playing with the VST window property thing? Are you using the standard wrapper or DirectiXer?

But I MUST do just one last thing... changing GUI properties for Absynth.... 1024x768.... and.... no... nothing new.
OK let me try restart Absynth VST with new resolution...... one sec.... IT WORKS!!!
Simple solution for simple bug.
1. SONAR>tools>plug-ins manager
2. select VSTi
3. in the right window find Absynth 3
4. select Absynth 3 and in VST configuration (bottom) click on plug-ins prop.
5. wait for rescan
6. change Absynth resolution to 1024x768
7. restart Absynth
voila!
