I have a tricky wiring problem - I need to take two XLR outs into a stereo mini jack input.

Essentially, I want to take two channel from my portable mic pre and input it into my Creative Nomad 3 (which surprising doesnt have XLR connectors

).

Seems like I will need to go down to my local 'lecky' shop and have them make me up a lead. Any other alternatives?

I usually make my own in cases like that. Specialty wires and connections for such tasks are very overpriced.

Indeed. But two things:

- I am a complete joker when it comes to electronics

- I know a guy down the road who does this stuff for decent money. He blew up my mother board a few years ago, and Iv been making him pay with cheap leads ever since

Do you think this is a particularly difficult adapter lead to make? I guess it would be easier to:

- Use XLR to 1/4' jack
- Then x2 1/4' in to stereo 1/8 jack out

What do you reckon Chase?
