AZR3 does not load

1.5 causes my CPU load to jump to 100% in Cubase SX and in Minihost.

(At least it loads though!)

Anyone else seeing this CPU problem?

I've replaced the 1.3 version with the 1.5 version.
The 1.5 version does'nt work on my system: Windows 98SE
and Cubasis.
The 1.3 version (wich I don't have anymore) worked ok.
does anyone has this problem?

I've just tried loading the 1.5 version into Sonar 5. Using both DirectiXer and the built-in Cakewalk (FXpansion) adapter, the behavior is the same: I get a prompt indication that there's been an audio peak of +18db on the channel, and from that point onward I not only get no output from AZR3, but I get no output at all from Sonar, despite other tracks being alive and showing up on the track meters. If I get rid of the AZR3 instance, the problem goes away.

This is on an Opteron 146 (2GHz) machine running Windows 2K. What really sucks is that I had a download of 1.3 that I never unpacked, and I just looked and discovered that it was an incomplete file, so I can't back off the version to see if the old one worked better.

V1.6 is out now.
I finally switched back to Visual Studio 6.

Version 7 produces slightly faster code, but only in combination with the C runtime library. The statically linked dll doesn't seem to work properly on Win98 systems. If anyone knows more about such problems, please tell me.
