Of course I'll try it personally as soon as I can, but I wanted to know your opinion about this first...
In my host sequencer, FL, I can't use sysex data, so the usage of my hardware synth is somewhat limited.
I've read that Energy Xt, a program in which I've been interested frequently, accepts sysex. I've read also that it has freeze option, something that also interest me.
So I was thinking if it was a good idea to use Energy XT as a plugin inside FL and use my hardware synth inside energy xt. would it be interesting? or simply stupid? anyone uses energy xt inside FL? opinions about it highly welcome, even if your opinion is 'hey, origami, that's simply stupid, man!!'
thanks in advance
Energy XT, sysex, FL...

and what do you use it for, exactly? and does it use lots of cpu?
I've actually downloaded the demo and am gonna try it for myself, but like to know the opinion of someone who already use them together.

for example:
since it can be opened as an effect. can it be used to freeze tracks and vsts from FL?
does it work good as a midi out to control hardware synths?
