Sure.Jon -E- X wrote:I've been using this extensivly, cheers for the plug, would there be any chance of eitehr having longer sliders with more accurate control or maybe having less powerful EQ? I can't be sure but it seems currently like it goes to about +14dB? can you tell me how high/ low it is going? Cheers Jonny
My test equip shows about 12dB but it could be 14 easy. Dunno really.
o sliders increased by 30%
o slider caps made small and blue
o skin is much darker
o slider ticks and labels are white
o ticks go to 14dB
o reduced overall width
o went back to volume sliders for each channel
...and that's about it.
Enjoy

Tomg, this thing is awesome! Wow. The intial settings sound like some crazy vintage EQ (I will find something to use that on!), and I was very quickly able to add some sparkle, low end and mid-scoop to a mixdown with this. Really nice. I didn't find it overly-responsive, myself. Handles great!

When I made the sliders longer I screwed up the range. It's better now.Jon -E- X wrote:Maybe I'm the only one who's noticed this, but in the newest version the presets seem to mess up the left/right balance???

Well.... I have bad news. It's a sample rate thing. Now the better news, I compiled a 96K version that works MUCH! better.Debutante wrote:Turning the sliders all the way down in the high end is giving some sharp white noise in FL...just a heads up.
It works at 44.1 too just eats more cpu no real difference in sound... but change to 96K and the noise goes away. You can still get a hint if you max the sliders at the top end. I suspect this too would go away at an even higher sample rate. WARNING!! If you try this. It's a real drag to going back to 44.1.

I thought my site would be gone by now but as long as it's still there.Jonny X wrote:tomg has both versions (as he made them) I was hoping he'd re-appear here and give new links, else I have the 44.1kHz version and somebody else will have the 96kHz somewhere...

I cut it down to 15-bands and it's much more stable. When you don't need access to all 31 bands it's pretty nice.
