What would anyone suggest as being the best (free or commercial) tool for extracting vocals then?

I like the free voxengo one. Dont know how good it is for extacting vocals though

I think there's a bit of an initiation period with any forum...and this is my initiation. I've used the name "adfish" for about five years on acidplanet.com (where I've posted my music). I didn't mean for my first post to be "ad-like", but since this forum's all about helping, encouraging, learning new things (which I have, by the way) I figured I'd vent some excitement about Extra Boy Pro--But enough of that--Thanks for listening.
