Actually, I would like an fx version both for SF and for other hosts.Caco wrote:If anybody with soundforge wants to try an effect version of ChordME rather than the instrument version let me know and I'll sort one out for you.

That was a problem in the first version of 5.0, but I complained to them about this (as I'm sure others did) and this was fixed in 5.0a. The current version is 5.0c.G-Ro124 wrote:3. ACID takes FOREVER to load up (it scans VST folder at startup) and the VST search function is still EXTREMELY tedious and long
The problem is that when Acid Pro hangs on a plug-in for whatever reason (it is quite fussy about some), it doesn't gracefully move on and simply list the plug as not being valid or something. It stops, and that's that. And, you can't change the default VST folder, which is hard-coded to Vstplugins. Sony tech support says this may change in a future version. Changing the plug-in path in the registry only works for alternative folders.

**UPDATE to v1.2
ChordME now has controls to allow transposing of ALL chords together. Transpose is cummulative so setting transpose all to +2 then an individual note to +1 increases that note +3 octaves. This increases the transpose range now to +4/-4 octaves.
A single chord can now also be mapped to ALL notes to allow chords to be assigned more quickly if the same chord is used many times. Switching on the Chord All function will overide the individual assigned chords until switched off again.
Clicking on the note labels will now play the assigned chord to allow previewing or even the ability to play ChordME with your mouse for that human feel
Download ChordME
For people with hosts unable to load VSTi there is now a VST version available to test - ChordMEfx

Hmm. I seem to get v1.1 and not the updated version. Is the link wrong or the file not updated?Caco wrote:**UPDATE to v1.2

The fx version is 1.2, but the instrument version seems to still be 1.1, so I'm thinking he forgot to update that file.AD80 wrote:Me tooeduardo_b wrote:Hmm. I seem to get v1.1 and not the updated version. Is the link wrong or the file not updated?Caco wrote:**UPDATE to v1.2
