Hi all,
When I preview my song in Cubase, it sounds right (volume level)... But somehow when I exported it into MP3 to listen back, its level decreases, about 20%... Any idea?

Thanks,
Kenny.

its headroom afaik. -3db default.

Other thing I've noticed, is that when I tried SXP heizenbox stretchs (2.3 demo).. they sounded smoother after final wav render :P wth?

this could be many things. but what happens if you export as 24bit wav?

gotta test that. I mean I get really digital-trashy glitching like it should when listening realtime, but when rendering to wav, all the digital cut-ups get 'rounded' and sound like there wasnt any of those "c c c cu cu cut cutttttupssss!" ..
