Hello everyone, the site: http://www.subtek.info/index_eng.html (http://www.subtek.info/index_eng.html) is not working anymore, and it was where the CMX844 Mixer was available to download!
Does anyone have that mixer and could give it to me, or know any other similar VST Mixer??
I am using bidule, and the mixer there is not good enough. You can't even reset the pans to center, or any slider to a 0db point, or have mono and stereo imputs together.
That said, I need a decent VST mixer as the CMX844.
Please help me!!!

Wouldn't it be easier to find a host with a decent mixer? For me it is the number one priority.

I know what you mean about Bidule. I've been looking for a good one for ages now. Both mixers I provided have problems for me, but might be just what you're looking for.

Bones: Bidule is great for too many things. I can't change host. Anyways as I load the bidule mixer, I can just as well load a VST mixer. I cannot beleive a decent VST mixer doesn't exist!

audiobot: Thanks a lot. I guess the CMX844 is better because it has Mono AND stereo channels, which come in handy to have both. I also aprecieate the "Le Barrail" mixers, but don't really like the sliders/graphics of those. I guess the CMX844 is my best/only choice up till now.

Hovmod: Laser optics are no good!

Lunch Money: Features: At LEAST 4 Mono Inputs, 4 Stereo inputs, PANS, preferably an easy way to bring sliders/pans at certain points, like center and 0db

Bit small and squinty on screen but works well.
If any developer is keen on developing a decent mixer, there's a few of us out here interested

Last night, I downloaded the French mixers listed above. They're sooooo over-the-top, like ornate jewelry, or digital Christmas trees. Very Fun!

Their color scheme also actually goes pretty well with the Classic skin I have loaded in EXT. It looks like there are built-in effects busses, too, but I'm not sure yet. May have to actually RTFM.

I think I like them better than the CMX844, in part because of all the numeric readouts they have. Which makes me feel that I have more precise control over the mix, whether that's true or not.
