Jungle is definitely 160 (in some rare, but awesome cases ranging around 150-168) if you mean the style of music that was the one to turn to drum'n'bass eventually.
R'n'B 100? That's a pretty tight classification considering you can mean anything from early sixties pre-soul to near rap modern hiphop r'n'b. 40-160, not 100.
Trip hop. Remember tricky and the likes? or massive attack. or chemical brothers. It was this lot who are pretty much the forefathers of triphop. Especially tricky had some extremely slow grooves, and chemical brothers faster, although here we start to deviate to big beat as well. 40-140
See why these lists are completely useless?

I'm very sorry if it doesn't fit your history books, but chemical bros was filed under trip hop during their early times, just like fat boy slim. This was before those things deviated to get their own genres. Gah. I've just been trying to find that old ardkore cover (I think it was 4 hero) with the cartoon about the dangers of trying to fuse hip hop and house and reaching 135 bpm, and wasted ten minutes to no avail...
