Does T2 allow you to filter tracks on the input side of the track without using external hardware?(ie: compress,reverb.etc)
Filtering inputs...is it possible?

I don't think so. Why would you want to, since you can get the same effect just by using an insert after? And that way, if you don't like what you did with the effect, you still have a raw take to work with.
