I have been searching Google for a VST effect called the Odaku Effect. does anyone know where this can be downloaded? the links i have found are no longer working. also, i would appreciate it if someone could email me a copy..... if this is allowed legally of course. Odaku was a free VST effect, built with SE... and it makes drums sound "crunchy"

True, it doesn't work as advertised but it does do some bizzare things to different signals, not just drums. The plug is a bit yerp, but still . . .

try the
SD2100,and FX2100(SP1200 emulation) from
http://www.acquitrecords.com/4681.html
this is much better IMO.

Try also the mda degrade. In my opinion one of the best sounding bitcrusher.

Cut your drums around 20hz, boost at about 60hz. Fatten and tighten them. Yes, get the sd2100
. We're still tryna do some stuff with it, i'm putting together a sample disk right now though but i'm still tryna make samples for it.
