ikmp files dont load in new sampletank 2.1 HELP!!!

for some reason after i installed the update to 2.1 it just installed it in the same folder as the regular sampletank 2. now when i try to load my combis in 2.1 it just says refresh combi list. my old sampltank works just fine loading these up. can someone tell me what folder i have to make for sampletank 2.1 to read the combis? and where it should be. id really appreciate it. i seem to have tried everything. thanks REO

In case the SR team doesn't respond, your question sounds more like it's for IK than SR

That's one for IK. Contact IK support (via your IK user area) and they'll get back to you pretty quickly. Their response time was less than half a day yesterday.

I´m having the same problem with my Sonik Synth 2-installation. Any quick suggestions before I contact IK?

On my (Windows) PC, I think the correct directory for ST2.1 combis is:

C:\Program Files\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 2.x\Presets\

It's probably something similar for Sonik Synth 2. I think the previous version (2.0, possibly Sonik Synth 2 as well) had the combi presets somewhere in the vstplugins\SampleTank2\Presets folder.

Try them out. If it still doesn't work, contact IK support.
