They're good - because they're surely keeping me from an impulse buy :hihi:

The reverb on some of those demos sounds very good indeed. That said, IK was - as happens so often - unable to present demos that truly demonstrate the sonic quality of their plugin. Who cares for weird modulation matrix and parameter editing stuff?
It's the sound, stupid!!!

From those pretty crappy demos, do you think it could indeed rival your lexicons?

I'm just wondering if people will get ahead of themselves and buy the IK name rather than the sound. :?

I'm not accusing any of you of doing so, but rather i'm simply saying people buy the hype rather than the usefulness of the product itself.

The demos are very good. Even the preprocessed ones sound great! LOL...I wonder what microphone they used on these vocals.

If reverb is good half as they say it will then i'll consider to buy it! :P

Hmm ... the problem with a dongle-protected effect is ... how does one demo the product? Hopefully they'll do a crippled demo like they do for Powercore plugins ... the audio drops out every 30 seconds or so ... or maybe they'll expect everyone to just buy it on the strength of the audio examples and flashy GUI?

Don't get me wrong ... I'm definitely interested (as I've mentioned in other threads), but I'm just hesitant.
