what application needed to open supatriga

ok big noob quaestion here
as every one here seems to get supa trigga working exept for me

I downloaded the file and cant seem to open it ,, why ??????????,

The file name supatrigga.component

when I click on it I am not sure what to open it with ???

I use a G5 running Logic 7.1

so now when I 'show contents' I have the MAC OS folder
but when I click I on suppatrigga I am not sure which application to open it with

Audio Units for Mac OS X should be placed in Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
