Could somebody tell me how this freeware plugin works ? There is no english documentation and i just cant work it out .

Search the forum about setting up sidechain compression in Cubase SX with a compressor named compadre. It works pretty much the same with SSS compressor.

There's even a video about it as it's a bit tricky.
