For those that had the earlier version of BiFilter and haven't upgraded... do it. The new filter types are godlike.

And for those that haven't downloaded it all, what the hell is wrong with you? Go get it. It's awesome.

If you think "filter... yawn" then think of it as a sound-destroying distortion, FM, waveshaping, crushing plugin. Those of you looking for "glitch" plugins other than skip/gap/loop/reorder type stuff, this is it.

That was a stock drumloop that comes with FL Studio run through BiFilter, with a very simple automation of the frequency knob. No other effects or editing. Not the most exciting thing ever, but demonstrative anyway. Crank the frequency down farther and it becomes much more cricket-like.

In v1.5 there were still some features missing, so i took it off. I'm sorry about the trouble.

- New Filters:

- BiFilter comes now with 50 presets.

- The filesize has been reduced.

- A fix in the GUI controls

- better performance

- fiexed problems with some hosts

I downloaded the 1.5 version, and have now downloaded the 1.6 beta, but what's the difference? What version should I be using?

What features were missing from 1.5, and are they still missing from 1.6?

Love the filter though, lookig forward to using it in an actual track (the matter of looking forward to finishing even a single track at all aside...).

This was missing in v1.5:

- The filesize has been reduced.
- A fix in the GUI controls
- better performance
- fixed problems with some hosts

v1.6 beta is feature complete.
You always should use the newest one.

Don't care about your songs and presets. The plugin was designed to be always patch-, sound- and downward compatible to earlier versiones.

Ok maybe it's funny but why we cant get freq down to zero with this filter? Don't get me wrong. I like it very very much. And it's free. Just a question.
