Does anyone know of a good vst tuner that I could use for my analog synths live? preferably one that uses little cpu resources, is quick, and obviously stable.

dx or vsti is fine.

all I need is a tuner ...no other effect.

I'll second this recommendation. A simple, no fuss tuner that works well, consumes neglible CPU and even looks good.
