what is 'quickaudio' ? why doesn't it support presets? just curious. thanx for all the cool stuff you make.

quickaudio is a great little wave editor... currently it's only 44100, but it'll get better in the future i'm sure... But the cool thing is it lets you use vst effects like you would just the "menu" effects, as in you select a bit of the waveform and then a little menu pops up... on the menu is a list of vst's you select one, and the screen comes up.... but i haven't been able to find presets on the thing or how to set them... so... these have none... i'm sure i could throw a bank in... someday soon... but they are simple enough really to not need them... anyway - i've gotta go watch BILL HICKS!! muwahaha just got a dvd of the man-god guy. so - peace - i'll be putting another one out today... really simple "bad copy" plugin... will do digital and analog style... hopefully with a "magneto" button for that "left the tape on the speaker" sound... anyway best of luck getting these plugs... i'm gone.

yes they're working. nice reverb-filter thingy.made my drums sound much better.but the sound kept stopping when i stopped the midi file,until i twiddled the reverbs knobs,then it came back.mechosync was cool with the random button on.got a bit unwieldly and nasty,had to disconnect,then resume.smashbox workin ok.must sleep.

to my delight synthedit delay feedback is pretty much the same as analog delay... if it's up to high - you hit the big red button SHUT IT OFF JOHNSON!!!!

but this is a good thing... sort of. i've discussed with jeff m. via sdk forum the possibility of a synthedit host... myself i don't really like guis all the time.. but i think with a more [mod]--[ar]~[sensi]-[bility]= more creative music... don't think openmodplug isn't modular - it just doesn't use wires... i'm not a dev on it... i wish i knew someone who was... whatever - i can conect plugs however and wherever i want... i can have a 15/85 w/d mix on the master.... of any of them with a click... same deal with ANY track - i forget however many you can use, but it's a lot... like 999 or something... and then again on the instrument... in all cases you plant one and then chain it through any ones you want... of course, you have to start from the start of the list and move on, but you can switch the order by flicking a switch... menu comes up etc... erm.. so - highly modular - also in the future look for static vst rendering... yummy.
felt like ranting about modplug i guess... folks should try it...
se just crashed again on me... trying not to let it burn... argh.
