Transition

I got ahold of Manyguitar yesterday, and unsurprisingly by this morning I was already done my first track with it :) Its a really great piece of kit! But this isn't a review, so on to the track:

4 instances of Manyguitar + Stylus RMX. Some external reverb, compression and EQ but nothing else fancy.

Unmastered - and quite possibly unfinished. But its pretty close... Would love to hear what you guys think! :D Thanks for listening.

Sounds great Floyd!

How do you like Stylus RMX? I need a really good way to create grooves and drums for some of my productions. Do you advise it and if not, what else is good? I mainly am talking about rock/ballad/southern rock/country and alternative/industrial

Thanks bud.

Thanks guys :D

Mike, I love RMX. Read my KVR review. It can fit all genres - especially if you buy Xpanders. For the genres you mention you'll probably want to look at the Backbeat expander.

Virtually all my demo tracks for SoundCell ONE + TWO use RMX, so you can listen to those for more info...

Groovin'! 8)

I love when that low bass starts and the drums kick in. And then the part with that really chorus-y guitar. Great job!!

Thanks Greg! It was a fun song to write.. For once I didn't agonize about the arrangement, just got the damn thing done :D

And I agree with you, the bass + drums surely do come in with some authority ;)

Hey guys. Thanks for listening and the comments! I just let me girlfriend listen to it and she really liked it... Which means something because in general she is not a big fan of my music :) So that feels good :D

Have a great day!

Oh, that's nice. Thanks for reminding me to go try the non-wailing presets! I've been so taken by the over-the-top ones that I haven't even bothered with the acoustics...

ps: it's a timely reminder to others: don't miss the bargain deal for Manystation users...
Every Potemkin village needs its idiot savant

Thanks fcd! Yeah, not really a 'wailing' guitar demo.. Shows a pretty wide variety of stuff though - nice acoustic, chorusy, nicely-overdriven (the second simple line that starts on bar 9), and then of course the great sounding huge bass :D

Maybe I'll do something heavier next time!

one more bump for a lazy Sunday Morning. Thanks all who listened so far :)

This is very beautiful. I love this track, great song to relax :)
A guy with serious GAS and lots of unused VSTs. But if I someday need them...
