Does AT2 do Bass??

Does AT2 do Bass too?

I see some bass amps and speakers, can anyone confirm if it is intended to sound good on a bass as well as guitar?

I'm pretty sure there is one bass amp and 3 cabinets. Not sure beyond that but what other purpose could there be for those components than to be used for bass.

yeah, I saw those.. .I hope they do a nice bass sound.

The ampeg thing has me thinking it will be to bass what amplitube is to guitars.

Probably right, I imagine the bass amp is a token addition to broaden the AT2 appeal. Although I feel there would be no point of it being there if it sounded poor quality. Obviously not the same level as the bass specific Ampeg creation.

It WILL. But, if you're on a budget then AT2 will cover both. Ampeg is... well, Ampeg! Accurate models of their top of the line range. Just one B15 I think is between $2-3K in hardware? So... nice to have in software along with the SVT and everything else.

i personally get a really good bass sound out of AT1 and looking forward to AT2 for bass as well.
