FLstudio FPC; choke groups?

Does FLstudio FPC support choke groups ?

If so, it is not obvious to me how to assign it to the pads.

On the right-hand panel, the "--" under each pad note and pad note octave can be used to set groups which the pad instrument cuts, and cuts that it recieves from other pads.
