You're 100% right that Rewire is junk. Yeah, my computer is junk, too. It has lots of Spyware and my laptop is crap, too. Yeah, you're wow... golly.... gosh... geez, how do you know so much about my computers? That's amazing talent you have. Amazing. Wow.

Hallowed be thy arke for he is the high priest of Image-Line. All bow before his computer that never crashes.

Whatever.

Hey, do you know where I can get a copy of FL5 to download because FL6 won't run on my Spyware infested PC. FL5 was much more stable with all the Spyware. My OS is only a month old, should I abort it and re-install everything? Or maybe I should give my grampa my PC? Hmmm...

Dang that Spyware!

So, how you doin'? :hihi:

Please post details of the specific crashes on our TechSupport forum and I'll try to help you out.

As I replied in the FL TechSupport forum, you'll have to reboot your computer to get rid of that.

For the record, FL 5.0.2 had its own share of bugs and problems that were fixed in FL 6.

Please post a report about the exact problem on the FL TechSupport forum and I'll try to find out what's wrong.

Arke you need to calm down. Just because it works flawlessly on your compy doesnt mean FL is perfect. EVERYTHING else works absolutely perfectly on my computer - including FL Studio 5 - except for FL Studio 6.

all you FLS users are hilarious

seriously, so fun to watch

Maybe FL 6 is where FLStudio enters the realm of serious mode.

Rather than being an app that is acessible by everybody (and hence not needing a big spec pc)...it now enters the realm of needing bigger computing power - and therefore could be taken seriously by those "hi-brow" users.

We aim to please!

Although I'll let it be know that I haven't bothered upgrading since version 4.5.1... I figure "What's the point?", it gets the job done and most of the new features of each successive version don't really make me say "Whoa! I gotta get that!"... but who knows... perhaps if I got a taste of DirectWave or something I would change my ways...

 you are too funnay

Firstly, I never gave my grandpa a computer, he just goes out and buys a new one for no reason. Which is fine with me.

Secondly, it would take me exactly 85.4 seconds to turn any Windows XP computer into a spyware cannon. You said a month?

Thirdly, I have an install for FL5.0.2 lying around here somewhere, if you're kind enough I'll even send it to you. Or, its still pretty popular on crack sites, you can get it there and just not use the crack (same program).
