I just had to do it
MEDDLE, VS-1, and INTRO are three of the BEST synthedit instruments I have ever come across. They would easily have been woth the asking price, but getting them for all free is unreal. Despite the lack of documentation I am deteremined to learn these synths well. I think we should already have some major contendors for plugin of the year 2006. I can't see any free synths rivaling these easily...unless the were former payware as well. A big thanks to Boris K. for these gems from me!

Although the sound was top notch I must admit but I tried the plugin on two different computer and both game me glitches such as the plugin causing my sequencer to get stuck and do wierd things that it has never done. I use FL Studio now on six and I can only recall two plug ins to cause it to act funny thus it must have been the plug ins. The two were Intro and Sonik Synth Free.

agreed!
all three of these are quite excellent. I was going to buy them.
Hopefully Boris is working on some new stuff, because i would like to give some monetary support.
I really think that with the release of these synths, the 'synth edit' qualification is entirely irrelevent. they are fully on par with some of the best VSTis out there, hand coded or not.
As for the GUI design, i am really in awe of Boris K. What a great talent !!!
Thank you for sharing your work with us, BK! cheers.

His synths are great..a bit spikey as far as cpu is concerned, but i have a 1.7ghz p4, so that may have something to do with it. Either way he, like some others, are demonstrating that, like you said, the S.E Synth moniker stand for nothing more than what was used to make it. On another, yet related topic...i've had probs with non S.E synths, so i don't think S.E has all that much to do with whether they work properly or not.

Hey guys
Couldnt agree more!!!
I worked with Boris on the Soundbank for Intro and would have continued creating more soundbanks for the other synths as well.
Boris is a Russian resident and therefore does not have access to paypal or any other similar internet banking services, wich really is a shame.
The way he was planning to get around this was that anyone interested in the Synths would email him and then organise a bank wire transfer into his account and also post or fax proof of this.
Now we all know how long this would take not too mention its a pain in the A** way of buying a VST!!! So initially there weremany people wanting to purchase the Intro but as soon as it come down to the payment people werent prepared to do this in such fashion.
Im trying to come up with a plan for Boris who as become a good friend now, so that at least he can get some sorta reward for these excellent plugins and so he doesnt stop making them!!!
So if anyone is really wanting to help this guy out give me some ideas.
Cheers....

That wire transfer-thing is just unusable; I was going to purchase something awhile ago from Europe, and the bank wanted to charge me double the price of the plugin, just for the tranfer fee!Rucafest wrote:Hey guys

I was not aware of this and Boris did state to me that this was not possible to use from Russia.topaz wrote:ShareIt is available in Russia it seems.

Maybe they can sign up as a user but not trader?
Anyone else know of any other electronic payment methods?
I was thinking about doing the purchasing for him from Sweden, this may become a possability as i have contacted him and we are discussing matters.
If so i do believe that the current synths will remain Free and Boris will simply charge for the new Stuff, im not shure.
