Hi,

I developed this compressor as a prototype for the one I put in my SHAPESHIFTER multi-effect. I've decided to release it free, so go ahead and grab it if it looks interesting.

It looks like this:

Its designed to be quick and easy to use, hence the simple controls. Sound-wise, its designed to give a fairly obvious compressed sound, rather then really transparent mastering compression or anything like that. I like sticking it on drums and squashing the crap out of them, but hey that's just me.

It comes with 2 presets.. on and off hehe

Whoo! If it's the same one that's in ShapeShifter it's bound to be good. The one in shapeshifter squashes hard.

I'm using Shapeshifter in a commerial track I'm working on right now, awesome possibilites...the comp is great too

hey alex, did you implement a brickwall after the output of the comressor (hope you remember we`ve been mailing about it)?

yeah, that's something I ahve been wanting to, sometimes the output is very loud!

No afraid not, just didn't have enough time to work more on this

Hopefully I can do this in the future though, its a nice idea
