Is there a way to save or lock altered pitch values to slices so that if i utilize the pitch reset parameter, the value is reset to the altered value as oppossed to the original pitch value?

I don't think so.
But this would be a good feature - to apply to all parameter settings. The button could be called "Fix".
So you build your track, make all the parameter adjustments you want then "fix" them . "Reset" would then return to the "Fixed" values.
But we would then need to be able to reset all the parameters to their initial default values, perhaps using Shift+LMB [Reset] ? (and Shift+RMB [Reset] to reset values for all parameters)

Excellent suggestions there DS.
I would definitely want the "fixed" state to be added as a parameter in the midi configurations settings that way i can have the option to reset pitch to the fixed state or to the original values.
So "Pitch Reset" =sets to original values as it currently does and "Pitch Reset Fix"= reset to the 'fixed' state.
