I filled out the online form on Sampletank's website on 12/28/2005 and I still have not received the new soundset. I have sent them 2 emails about the problem. One was 2 weeks ago, and thay said that I would receive it last week. Last Friday I emailed them again and said that I had not received the disc, and they said that they have mailed it.
The original email that I received from IK said that the new soundset would arrive within one months time. At this point, it's closer to a month and a half. So I just want to know, am I the only one???
I even requested a "tracking" number in the last email that I sent, and they just ignored my request. What's up with this company? I have Sampletank 2 and SonikSynth 2. All of my software is legitimate and registered. Why do I feel like I am getting the run around????
Anyone not receive new ST2.1 soundset????

Did you buy it from esoundz? (something tells me no or you'd have it already for sure but in case the answer is yes I would want to know so we could take care of it right away).
There could be some kind of mistake in your information though perhaps. Most people have it by now.

I'd like to add my name to the list. I signed up at the IK site about that same time and have not heard anymore about it. I did make my initial purchase through esounds so any advice on the correct way to follow up on this would be helpful.

I think deliveries from IK Italy was delayed. I signed up at IK at Dec 25, and it was shipped from Italy Feb 3. (Arrived yesterday)
So, maybe give it a couple of days more......

Just got them today. I don't remember where I bought Sampletank from. I think I ordered it from Musicians Friend online. I signed up for the free upgrade at IK's website.

Since it appears that I may be the only one who has not received disks by now, I went back to the IK site and filled in the request again. This time I received a confirmation email and reference number.
Hopefully there was just a problem with my initial request and this will take care of it.

I ordered on IK's site back when it first was announced, like 4-6 months ago. I started hearing about it being delivered and didn't get squat, so I went back to IK's site and ordered again. I received it Wednesday and put it on my machine yesterday.
