I've tried Sample Swap and Find Sounds

Anyone know of other free sample sites that might have what I'm looking for?

You might find a few freebies at the Hollywood Edge site. Pretty sure they're mp3, but great sounds none the less.

Get eMule and search for Iraq war. You'll find plenty of stuff you can extract audio from, such as video rips of TV news featuring Bush, Blair and others making their announcements.

Get someone with a Roland V-Synth to record the first preset. Its a beautiful deep latin chant.
