its true...

I have reason and Live set up together. For some reason no audio comes in from Reason to Live, but Live is synced up and acting as if there should be sound. Anyone know how to get Live to play audio from reason?????

To troubleshoot this check the following:

1. Live is open first. Reason is open second and says it is in Rewire slave mode
2. There must be an audio channel in Live with the input routed to receive from Reason (e.g. Mix L & R)
3. On that audio channel in Live, you must switch the monitoring button to "IN" instead of "auto"

Be extra careful to remember step 3, as alcoholics often forget that one.

If that is setup correctly, you should hear audio streaming from Reason through Live. You can sequence Reason from within its own sequencer, or in Live create a MIDI track and route it to any Reason device, so that you can sequence Reason's instruments within Live.
