I just bought sample tank 2.0 XL.. installed it went on there website downloaded their 2.1 update.. and now when i try to run it as a standalone program.. after i select my audio driver and midi controller.. its crashed my whole computer.. the computer has to be restarted.. it does this EVERY TIME!! and those guys at IK arent getting back to my messages...
also, since i can run it through pro-tools how do i load these combi presets? and i cant get their free effects from their site to go into sample tank either...
it really sux to buy something and have no support from the manufacture so any help would be very much appreciated.. thanks a lot

... I wish, I could say a bit more like "welcome to IK world". Waiting for an response of their tech report can take months and right now, their busy releasing new products, which were announced for ages. But perhaps you should post you problems in the Sonic Reality and/or the Instruments Forum - I'm sure, more people are around there and perhaps also someone who can help you...

Did you try to contact them via the user area or normal email? For what I've heard tehy answer questions faster when sent from teh user area
