The first emulation at the sp1200!
It has...
-effect section (filter HP LP Boost / Delay / Reverb)
-overall pitch select.
-pan for each channel
-8 channels (sounds per preset)
-mute buttons for each channel
-909, 808, acoustic etc... presets.
Note that tis' freeware. It will begin with 32 presets. It will expand as we put more kits into it. This beautiful creation has been only a week in the making, and still needs work. In a few more weeks folks, you can have it. :-DNo namehttps://www.kvraudio.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=43891
Yeah, man, cool! I haven't gotten the chance to use it in anything (lots of recording), but I did mess with it and the SD sounds great. I actually have an SD/SP comparison sitting up on Megaload that I was getting ready to delete. If you're interested, let me know. Be forewarned that the files are 24bit waves, so as to avoid any compression "artifacts".
Again, thanks for the hard work and wonderful products!
Peace
wow!!! how have I missed this for so long? I love old school drum machines, simplicity is a real virtue when it sounds this good. Thanks for making it free.
Has anyone else problems triggering the
8th slot in SD2100 whenloading own samples? When I use stepbeater to trigger loaded waves everythning works fine with the first 7 slots (although what is a C1 on the SD2100 has to be a C3 on Stepbeater) - but I can't get the 8th slot(being just labelled D) sounding.
Hey, I was just thinking about this whole thing. Do you suppose we should submit it to Ben so that it is in the database? That way people can find it without having to sift through threads?
I'm still working on even more kits too. Got a wholw new set up as you can see, and i've been working on kits, I just didn't know whether or not you needed them for this or not.
