BBE Sonic Maximizef instaltion and T2

I have searched the forum and found some instructiions. They were to copy the Soninmaximizer.dll to the plug in folder. So I went and copied the .dll file and to my surprise it was already in Tracktion2/plugins yet it still is not recognized.

The ignore list has it listed when scaning for plugins. Here is the list.ActPanel.dll, awt.dll, cmm.dll, dcpr.dll, dt_socket.dll, fontmanager.dll, hpi.dll, hprof.dll, ioser12.dll, java.dll, jawt.dll, jcov.dll, JdbcOdbc.dll, jdwp.dll, jpeg.dll, jpins32.dll, jpishare.dll, jsound.dll, msvcrt.dll, net.dll, NPJava11.dll, NPJava12.dll, NPJava131_05.dll, NPJava32.dll, NPOJI600.dll, packager.dll, verify.dll, zip.dll, jvm.dll, CWDXPX1.dll, SonicMaximizer.dll, iawin32.dll

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I did wrong or what I need to do to get it to work.

Probably it doesn't comply to the VST 2.0 standards perfectly in the way that Tracktion expects?

A solution could be to wrap it in eXT . (load the eXT VST in Tracktion and load the BBS SM in eXT).
