Sorry for reviving an old thread like that, but I wanted to ask what the status on TripplerX is and if it's maybe possible to get demo versions again.

Usually doubling isn't my style of making music (only for RnB and HipHop Stuff, IMO), but the demo from Jason Brian Merrill sounds actually really nice compared to the demos on the page and Antares.

And due to the fact, that Steinberg Discontinued the "Vocal Suite" and AKAI doesn't have the "Vocal Processor" anymore either, the "Vocal Suite" from SoundSpectral sounds like a very good deal, unless I get Melodyne - but who has some spare 499 for adding this "tripper tool" into Cubase (unless you're a high-end-pro-studio with an income of 10k/month).

Any news on the "Trippler" side? Can I create a massive choir out of one recording or something like that with it?

Just curious as you said "stuff is halted till TripplerX is out".

For this, you need ChoirsX.

You need two or three different vocal tracks, then apply the effect to them.
Use it globally or one effect for each vocal track.

The CPU is very low, so nothing should stop you from getting a huge choir sound.

TripplerX will come, but at the moment I'm too busy with other things.
Anyway, if you buy DuosX you are qualifying for a free update of TripplerX.
Even though the price will be raised for both VST to $59.
