I tried downloading the demo for Audition but for some reason the registration page is not working.
Basically, i had used Cool Edit Pro years ago and remember liking it for wav editing purposes. I especially liked the option to set key shortcuts to features utilized often (like normalizing).
Do these and all the other features associated with Cool Edit Pro still operate in the same fasion with Audition or are there any changes made to the app?
I'm not interested in knowing about the new features, i just want to know if all the features from cool edit are still maintained when Adobe took over.

the two features you mentioned are still there...it's kinda hard to know what other features you like...but they have not removed anything I miss if that helps

Thanks Hink. It was years ago when i used Cool Edit. I was helping a buddy of mine with his tunes and he had CEP so i tried it out a bit. I liked it as a wav editor. I currently use Audacity and it just doesn't have a good workflow IMO. I remember liking CEP for its workflow.
As long as the specific workflow is still there, i'll consider Audition for wave editing. But first i have to try it out. I'll wait for the registration page to work.
